No longer limited to the magic of Harry Potter and special effects, 108 Yoga Road is using QR codes to bring images to life with their interactive yoga card deck. 108 Yoga Road’s new crowd-funding project, Yoga Cards for Community, links a unique online Yoga membership community with a deck of interactive Yoga-pose cards. Yoga Cards for Community is set to remove the barriers to starting Yoga, as well as give back to Yoga teachers and studios. The crowd funding for this first-of-its-kind social enterprise has been set up on the crowd-funding platform Lift Women, which connects, inspires and empowers women and girls to start their own business and live life to its fullest potential. 108 Yoga Road is seeking $5,000 to fund the development of the cards which will break down the basics of common poses with detailed video instruction. To put your new found expertise to use a supporting membership is also on offer. The membership site will be set up as a co-op where yoga teachers and studios that upload content will share the profits. Supporters can sign up to get early-access membership at a pre-launch special price, and be first to get the yoga-pose card deck. Pledge-rewards also include 108 Yoga Road’s innovative Feelix Yoga strap. The card-deck will be available prior to Christmas 2022.
