Sajid Khan Sells Juhu Apartment for ?6.1 Crore

Bollywood film director Sajid Khan, brother of choreographer Farah Khan, has sold his Juhu apartment in Mumbai for ?6.1 crore, according to documents accessed by Square Yards. The apartment, located in the Beach House Co-operative Housing Society, covers 2,176 sq. ft. and includes a dedicated parking space of 220 sq. ft. The transaction, registered in June, involved a stamp duty of ?36.6 lakh and a registration fee of ?30,000.

Sajid Khan is a well-known figure in the Bollywood industry, having started his career in 1995 as the host of Main Bhi Detective. He made his directorial debut with a segment in the anthology film Darna Zaroori Hai (2006) and is best known for directing popular films like the Housefull series and Heyy Babyy (2007). Attempts to contact Sajid Khan for a comment were unsuccessful.

In recent months, Mumbai’s real estate market has seen several high-profile transactions involving Bollywood celebrities. For instance, Kartik Aaryan rented an apartment in Juhu for ?4.5 lakh per month, and Kangana Ranaut purchased office space in Andheri for ?1.56 crore. Other stars, including Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, have also made notable investments in commercial properties.
